I was not greeted immediately as I walked into the store. One of the associates appeared to judge me before someone was able to assist me. It actually was an easy sale because I was picking-up an item that had been on backorder. Was in and out within 5 minutes.

honestly i felt like i wasn’t welcomed like how i was on my first experience. then the way the employees was talking to me i wasn’t satisfied. other then that everything was fine could’ve been better but yeah

The sales associate was somewhat knowledgeable about the products. She seemed as if she was irritated. I asked to see a few different charms on a bracelet that I was interested in purchasing and her body language showed me that she wasn’t sure if I was going to make a purchase or not. Secondly, she had long fingernails and was unable to open the bracelet and charms without asking for assistance numerous times.

I applied for credit and the guy took both my license and major credit card to the back of the store and he left my eye sight and that was a problem with me.

The young that assisted was not friendly, helpful or engaged. I wanted a couple of other items but how she answered my question helped me decide to go to another store. She was not focused on providing a good experience for the customer she appeared bothered by my presence. An awful experience

I’ll order it online it took over 2 1/2 hours and never got email the line just to talk to a associate was an hour and I cancel online order and just pay for item in store

Upon arriving at the store I was greeted as usual but as soon has I asked for a specific item everything went down hill with the customer service. The lady was having a mood and to be honest I just purchased that item in that day because I needed it and didn’t want to travel 45 mins to another store but from now on I won’t come back to Pandora At Arbor Place mall.

The sales person wasn’t very knowledgeable and she wasn’t inviting to me. She seemed to just want me in and out. When I asked her about another. She didn’t even bother looking for it. She just said “We don’t have that “

First the line was to long and one associate just wanted to pass out brochures instead of helping the customers. The lack of items that were in the store why pass out the brochures if you don’t have the items that’s in them.
