My husband visited this location on Saturday to find me a valentines day gift and the associate was so in a rush that she sold him 2 of them same charms.

Instead of telling me that I didn't order from pandora and that my receipt was not pandoras, they should have looked me up in the system instead of trying not to help me! She didn't even give me a felt bag or plastic bag for my bracelet like I just saw them give a customer before!

We were shopping for my anniversary gift, the sales representative did not have positive body language which made us feel like we were annoying her by being there. She was not very friendly, her demeanor won’t have me come back to that store specifically.

Unfriendly staff, no urgency to make customer feel welcome, lack of knowledge of merchandise, made to feel less of, felt uncomfortable as being in the store.

Your associate was inappropriate with my husband and was not professional. I feel your associate was unprofessional and inappropriate. It's a jewelry store not a place where you flirt and ask for a man's number knowing he is married.

My bracelet was a little over a year old and didn’t have too many charms on it yet it broke. When i took it in the associate said to her supervisor this is the third one today. The supervisor ask was i within my warranty and the associate said no, all she said was “ that sucks” and walked away. Then the associate proceeded to go into sales mode and sell me another bracelet and charms. No empathy but sales mode. I have spent thousands of dollars here. And if i was the third one that day there.... that should be a sign of a trend. And to top it off, she had the other two broken ones in a bag and tried to keep mines. For what!?? I asked for it back. Bad experience. And don’t try to tell me it broke because i have to many charms on it when you didn’t see them. I old had 5 charms on. You guys make enough money to do service repairs or discount because a broke chain that was 60 days out of warranty

The associate was not at all friendly or welcoming in the beginning and she was unwilling without my encouraging her, to assist me in selecting a different size bracelet to purchase after my kids had gotten one that was too small for mother's day. I ended up keeping the original and just purchasing another one all together. The other thing is that you guys are not offering military discounts and this is a huge thing for me. I will be shopping with third party vendors from now on as I have lost 1200 in charms from the two reflection bracelets as well. Either way. Hav a great day and a retrain may be necessary as well as a look at being a military friendly business.

This store did not have neither charm I was shopping for. The associate brought me charms completely opposite of what I wanted. I purchased 1 ring and I will have to order the bracelet online, I was not satisfied at all.

Poor customer service. Valery didn’t really care if she made a sale or not. Had to assist her in doing her job. If a size is out of stock you should suggest trying a different size but she didn’t I had to ask. Being a manager in customer service, attitude is everything. She needs to be more pleasant to her customers and if she’s not a people person, she needs to try a new line of work or be provided with more training.
