The sales associate that I spoke with was nice but she did not know much about the product. She gave no suggestions and was no helpful when I said I wanted to order in store both the manager and sales associate kept telling me it would be 2-3 weeks when advised that was fine they then went to the back and said they couldn’t order it which led me to believe they just didn’t want to do it . But the overall product I do like .

The wait to enter the store was 45 minutes. The salesperson was not very friendly or enthusiastic about helping us. The pendant I purchased was incredible, but the actual chain did not appear to be quality jewelry. This is my first time shopping at Pandora and I’m not sure what I was expecting, but it wasn’t a great experience.

This location is one of the worst Pandora locations I have ever visited. I went into this store twice in the same day and no spoke or greeted any customers. They wasn’t helpful with suggestions. Wouldn’t clean my bracelet. I was told because of the sale the manager wouldn’t allow them

The girl behind the desk gave me the wrong ring. I showed her a picture of the ring I wanted she said she had it. She box it up gave it to me when I got home I realized it was the wrong ring.Now I have to drive back to the store a half hour to return it

Because I just got bracelet in July only where it sometimes on wk end and it turn colors Pandora isn’t cheap.And manager act like she didn’t care at Douglasville on Aug 17 at about 6:00

This issue started when I placed an order online and was sent the wrong item. My local store refused to return or exchange the ring citing that they were a mere franchise and I would have to drive an hour and a half to complete my business.

I went in looking for mother daughter charm was told it was sold out. Just before I was about to leave asked when they would get more suddenly the associate found one

I tried to exchange a birthday gift, because I already had it, but I didn’t have a receipt. The associate was not able to exchange it and I didn’t get a good resolution.

As a faithful customer of Pandora for almost 9 years with 5 bracelets the service I received was not the service I am accustomed to receiving. I’m not sure if she was new or if she was just trying to make the transaction move quickly due to the pandemic but I felt extremely rushed during the process. As I stated I’ve shopped with Pandora for years & for my first time at this location I will not return. Lastly, when asked if i wanted my items boxed or on my bracelet I stated on my bracelet. She proceeded to hand me my receipt and slide the charms for me to do it myself. So after purchasing 3 charms from this store I am standing there putting them on my bracelet myself while she just Wipe down the counter. I highly doubt this is protocol as I just purchased 3 charms on Thursday from the location in Lenox And also as North Georgia Premium and still received the same stellar service as always with the same request. Overall my experience was a 2/10 and that is only because I love my Pandora charms and a good sale, but service was not up to par.

I was Not satisfied with my visit bc the sales associate was not very helpful. She didn’t seem enthusiastic about making a sale. I felt Limited to what she was showing me.
