I had to wait outside the store in a line for an hour. there was free sales associates stuffing bags and not assisting customers. she claimed she could only answer questions. she could have assisted customers in picking out things thereby speeding things up and assisting the associates that could ring things up

The sales associate Barbara was a bit rude to my children while they were shopping for a gift for me. She was very snappy not sure if she was overwhelmed by the line or what but totally unacceptable. I am a very frequent shopper in this particular store but I most likely will be doing business in a different location.

System shut down, and I was double charged on my initial visit of 188.47. I came back to show my bank statement and get a refund, once it posted to my account. Refund was granted but she refunded me the entire refund of 294.25, I then showed her that I should have only gotten 188.47, being honest, then she told me I would have to swipe my card again for 107 which I had to wait for to return to my account, as well as the 294.25 . which was her mistake for refunding the entire amount. Mind you this is the manager!!!

The line was wrapped around the store. I waited in the line for almost 2 hours. To find the sale items you had to look through about 30 pages. Unfreakingbelievable.

The staff was very unprofessional. They were rude and didn’t care. They were more concerned about talking about there personal stuff then they were helping customers. It was disorganized. I asked to see three different things and they couldn’t find it. And on the fourth one one of the associates said I don’t know and didn’t even attempt to look for it. I asked them to take picture of my bracelets before cleaning and that was not done till she took em apart

Sales associate wasn't very helpful. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for hoping she would show me a couple charms but instead she handed me a booklet. Then I was talking to her and she just started talking to another customer who had walked in the store which I found very disrespectful. She needs to work on her customer service skills I was very disappointed in my experience especially because usually when I walk into a Pandora store the sales associates are very helpful and friendly.

The lady who assisted me was not friendly. Did not want to give me a bad, box, and did not even place the charm on the ribbon in the box. I had to ask for a box and bag. I was handed my charm in a tiny plastic ziplock bag!!!!!!!!!!! Why???? What happened to good customer service!!!!!!

1) Kashawna B was rude and unprofessional 2) Kashawna B was not knowledgeable of merchandise 3) Keshawna B was asked by myself to wrap the charm and she did not tell Me that she couldn’t. She just placed the charm in a bag and gave it to Me. When I asked her again to wrap the charm for Me, she said that we don’t wrap and walked off.
