The lines were extremely long, customer service was poor, non-verbal communication for customers standing in the line outside the store. Associate Nia took over and hour with one customer, she was very un-apologetic, associates departing while the line was extremely long, this left only two employees servicing over a hundred people or more. Sales associate Shawna was un-friendly, very rude, after explaining my issue refused to sale me a product needed for my gift that I did not receive from my online purchase. This experience was very unpleasant and customer service was horrible.

I purchased mother-daughter charm and a key chain with a charm and received the free bracelet. When I got home, the mother daughter charms were not in my bag. I called and went back up to the store where the assistant tried to give me the cheaper mother daughter charms - I corrected her - she then gave me the right ones - OR SO I THOUGHT - I was just putting the daughter charm on my daughters bracelet for graduation tomorrow and noticed THEY GAVE ME 2 MOTHER CHARMS. To top it all off - I had another bracelet they have repaired twice in the past - I asked to have it done again because it fell apart the last time when I got home - but oh no - the assistant told me the clasp was broken and I would have to purchase another bracelet. I tried to tell her it was them who fixed it last time and I have not been able to wear it since then but she would not listen! So - now I have to go back to this location for the THIRD time to get my CORRECT charms again - I am going to ask for a full refund - to heck with it! Good grief! I have been working 12 hour days and the last thing I wanted to do tonight was go visit this location again!

I owned a lot of bracelets and charms and there was only one person the store other than me and cleaning will be at the end of Jan. This is the 1st year I experienced that. Pushing buying cleaning product

The sales associate Erica was extremely rude. She did not uphold the company’s policy when it comes to warranties. She has horrible customer skills that really need to be looked into further since she is the manager. I will never in my life visit this store unless she is no longer there.

Originally purchased a bracelet at a different location and wanted to exchange due to the bracelet size being too small. However, my visit was dissatisfying and I’m no longer a fan or Pandora. The sales rep was not willing to accept a exchange for a transaction that took place 5/16/22. But, was willing to send me to a different store instead of assist with my request of ordering or swapping bracelets. In order to meet the expectations of a birthday present, I made a second purchase of a new bracelet. Customer experience was horrible and the rep did not go above and beyond to help with my needs of being a lifetime customer.

The bracelet I have has a lock that closed it. The associate not the manager could not get my bracelet open. I was informed there have been many issues with this specific bracelet and the only way to get it off would be to cut my bracelet off and they would not replace it.

When my daughter and I walked into the store, we weren’t greeted. I approached the counter and the associate asked if I needed something. I told her I wanted to purchase a ring for my daughter. She asked her size and I told her we didn’t know her size. The associate just stood there. I picked up on an attitude as if she didn’t want to assist us.

They told my wife her bracelet would stretch and it did not and will not stay closed. Now it’s beyond the 30 days and they will not exchange it. They lied and we will never buy anything else from you or recommend you!

The lady that was helping me made me feel very uncomfortable. It was bad customer service! I asked her about cleaning my bracelet she completely ignored me she didn’t offer to help putting the charm on my bracelet I’ve never went to pandora and they made me put my own charm
