My sales associate was Britney L she wasn’t helpful she was ready to go!!! I was the last customer as the store has new hours and was closing at 7pm I arrived @ 6:50 pm she barely greeted me and I had a Pandora catalog and my selections circled asked to see them a lot of choices was out of stock she didn’t offer any suggestions and after my purchase didn’t even say thank you for choosing our store and we appreciate your business nothing felt good about this transaction other than I got 2 charms that I wanted!!

I purchase the $150 on sale with the free bangle and the sales rep told me that I couldn’t get the free gift because it was deleted but I called and they stated that it was still a no because it was my fault

I had an Christmas present order delivered.. I needed gift bags did not get any gifts so I had to make a new purchase to get gift bags then return the unwanted charms

Manager was dismissive and did not listen to understand after she heard return/purchase from another location. She did however educate me on Franchise Pandora chains vs Corporate chains. They all have Pandora on the building and I was not aware that this store has its own policies that they enforce. Not a good experience and I only wanted to exchange to purchase more, but I had to return and go to Target and purchase a Spa Finder gift card to give as a gift.

I purchased a bracelet that broke. I provided the associate with the receipt. She tried to convince me the bracelet was purchased for a lower price on my receipt.

First time I exchanged in store the manager was rude and not helpful.

All of the sale associates was nasty and rude, No one spoke did allow me to review the item in a timely manner.

While the associates were pleasant the manager with less than delightful to work with. She wanted to tell us what we couldn’t do, and push us off to another store miles away instead of taking ownership of the return. Firstly, she stated the items couldn’t be returned in her store which was a lie. Then proceeded to tell us other reasons why she couldn’t complete our return. Overall the eco with the manager of the store was bad. She should train her associates better so she does not have to interact with customers.

We waited in line which was not a problem. It was two associates working, when one got done she instantly said she was off no one really invited us in with welcome arms. The manager was done training her trainees it was no hey how you guys doing it’s straight did you use hand sanitizer. Then it was like she was irritated and wasn’t willing to help, I asked about extra charms she said they everywhere n if I wanted to see the other side I would have to hurry up because the other lady was having guest who just walked up. I think she assumed we didn’t have any money
