Manan G was rude and not very helpful what so ever. It seemed as though my business/purchase wasn't important nor did she seem to care. I don't know what was going on with her that day. But it was horrible. I shop here often and I don't think you should be treated like your wasting there time or feel like your bothering them. Attitudes should be left at home and be more welcoming like your happy to be at work. Which she didn't give any of that during my visit! Only attitude and unhappiness.

The lady was yelling at us and telling us not to yell at her but we werent yelling at her, but the Assistant manager took care of us at the end the lady waa really rude she gave us the hand hwr name is michelle I think

Unfortunately, my was ver unpleasant. Soon entering the Pandora store, I wasn't greeted nor assisted by the representatives in the front of your store.I asked for a price of a bracelet in your display cabinet,a representative yells across the room:(its about $200.00)and continue to open up mail.Wow how unprofessional,I ask whom she was,she is the manager. There was a you lady in the store that came from the back,and said I have no clue of why they want help you but I will. I purchased the bracelet in the window and the sales representative was awesome. I wanted to exchange a gift that I received with the same product just a different size. Was told I could not exchange without a receipt. Although I have purchased multiple items and did not want to change the products just the size.

That I went up the the pandora store and asked the lady for a 9 in a ring size and I was told it was and then my gf opened it and tried it on and it was the wrong size it was a 7.5 and I was very disappointed in it .

had to key in name address phone # e-mail in a small device I could not see so small. keyed in wrong code 2 times because keys were so small. card declined and I had to start over with another card. I said no wonder people were having to wait so long and was told very rudely that all this information was necessary for warranty purposes.

There was an associate Barbara who was not helping us but was extremely rude to my family and acted like because we are a mixed family we did not belong in the store. We made 2 purchases. The price quoted was not what I was charged. I got oh well about the price difference and that she was so ignorant to us. She even bumped into my grand daughter and never said excuse me or sorry. I will shop at Jared or online before returning to this store and I will let everyone know about my experience. We have made several purchases here and the associate said to me well you only made 2 purchases. Fact is I made 2 this day. We have 8 girls we are starting these bracelets for but it will not be from this store
