Was not acknowledged When entered the store. White couple came in and was acknowledged With a warm friendly smile and welcome. But left and bought nothing. I’m standing there waiting to pay for my gift set I picked up off the Shelf. The lady who finally helped me was helpful after she was done with her customer.

The sales associate had no customer and when I arrive I felt like I was bothering them I got my daughter a charm for her bracelet and the lady did show me 2 more but when I was still looking she already checked my purchase out

Product was not put in my bag and I had to travel 1 hour back to the store to pick it up. Huge inconvenience and extra time out of my very busy day.
