I came into Pandora late to get a last minute gift for my girlfriends upcoming birthday and even though the store was closing soon the staff completed my purchase in a friendly manner and provided amazing service when i couldn't determine my girlfriend's wrist size.

The sales associate was very helpful. It was very busy the day I went. All the girls were working very hard to wait on everybody in a timely matter. Kaeda was my team member and could tell me about all the different charms and merch. She was training a new team member so it took a little longer to do the shopping, but it was nice that she told me she was training and was sorry that it would take a little more time. I was in training at one time so this didn't bother me. Kaeda is a very good person and very helpful. I hope the next time I visit I can have her as my team member. Love all my charms I purchased.
