I was looking for a charm to finish my Winnie Pooh bracelet. After looking through the catalog at home I thought I knew which one it would be however it wasn’t. Ty was very patient with me after several charms ideas we found it. I also wanted to see the new charms and purchase them. Ty knew her merchandise and was very helpful.

when we walked it the store it smelled great. LOL the associates greeted us as we walked in and immediately asked how they could help. everyone was friendly and the associate that helped answered all my questions an even offered to clean my bracelet.

Every charm wanted was available. The associate was very helpful and had great knowledge of merchandise. She was a great pleasure to shop with my Daughter and I were truly grateful for her service.
