They are never able to give me a paper receipt and therefore I’m not able do my survey. I had to go to another location to reprint it. I’m very disappointed that I have dealt with this twice now. I won’t be coming back to this location

I was in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes. I didn’t feel rushed, pressured or forced to buy anything thing. The sales associate helped me every step of the way when I gave her an idea of what I was looking for a wanted to buy for my wife and two daughters. She was very knowledgeable about the charms and that helped a lot.

You had what I wanted in stock. Very friendly service with a fun attitude. Concern for my one charm that was slightly damaged and gave me the customer service number

There was a small line upon arrival, but the wait was not long. As soon as I was let into the store Katelin (Arbor Place location) let me know that she could help me. I told her I was in search of a tennis bracelet and she immediately started to show me my options. Soon after we completed the purchase and she also told me how to care for my jewelry. It was a quick and easy experience, I will definitely be going back in the future!

Love Pandora merchandise and use the sales associates are really friendly and knowledgeable to customers regardless if they are really busy or not. Been to the store multiple times. Always pleasant!

The associate Kashawna took her time to assist with my needs.She was very polite and helpful.I would also like to recognize another associate for her assistance in a previous visit.Alondra did a outstanding job on cleaning and polishing my charms and cleaning my bracelet.Both of these young ladies went above and beyond to my satisfaction.
