The salesperson Katherine K. was very welcoming and friendly. As I approached the store, she asked me what I was looking for and she made sure that the sizes I was interested in (for rings) were available. She took her time showing me the merchandise I was interested in purchasing. She was also very empathetic when I asked her to repeat things and explained that I was hard of hearing.

Jari was amazing. I needed to do an exchange and she helped me find the perfect ring. It was hassle free, the speed of checkout was amazing and she was very friendly. A plus to her. This was at the hip mall location. Give her all the good credit. I definitely will be coming back.
