The overall experience at this Harlem & Irving shopping center was exceptional. Their were many customers, however each customer had their own representative to assist. Also the Representive’s are very knowledgeable.

Georgia was so nice and knew exactly how to help us look for the perfect gift even though we walked in not knowing what we wanted. Great and quick service.

The person who helped is named Destiny, she have good knowledge about the qualities of charms. Destiny explained how the free year warranty works. Destiny was overall friendly and certainly will come soon.

My husband and I walked into the store almost at closing time and we were greeted with kindness and surprised to see so many smiles waiting and eager to help us. i had been planning to purchase something special for both our daughter and I. So after browsing Adrianna assisted us showed me over 20 plus items and a little after closing time we walked out the store with our items and a smile!
