Our overall experience was great. Vanessa took care of us. She was very polite and understood exactly what we were looking for. She took her time in explaining all the products and never rushed us. I will definitely come back to pandora and see if vanessa is available.

Hi, every time I visit this Pandora store at Harlem and Irving Park in Norridge, IL my experience has been nothing but wonderful. There are two associates(Rosita H. and Maria V.) I always seem to get to help and they are great at what they do. I went in to purchase a gift for a friend and that Maria V. ended up talking me into spending MORE than I anticipated...LOL, that is why when I left I told everyone bye and you will not see me until this time next year.... I am soooo glad that there is a store closer than Oakbrook, IL Pandora, Thank you
