Joanna the Pandora associate was attentive from the moment she saw me standing over the jewelry cases looking. She offered me assistance and helped me from replacing a broken charm . Not once did she lose her patience with me when I advised her I couldnt remember when it was purchased since it was a gift, but she found it. She also assisted me finding a bracelet stopper. She was so calm, kind, and knowledgeable that i decided to ask for assistance with rings. she showed me an entire case in my size. I ended buying 2 of those and a necklace as a gift for someone else ( she let me try on each necklace i was interested in) I wouldnt have done that had it not been for her. She is an amazing associate. So very helpful and interacting every step of the way. I will definitely recommend everyone to go to her for any future purchases. Thanks JOanna, you were great!

The sales associate Aylin was very helpful. My mother only speaks Spanish and she accommodated her 100%. She also informed us of all the promotions and options we had with the merchandise. She was friendly and patient.

We met the manager and she was so kind, one of the employees was helping her out with us and gave us many options. The price we payed was a good amount to afford. The place was so clean and had nice and helpful employees.
