I went into the Pandora store to clean my Pandora bracelet and charms that I purchased a few months ago, which I completely love and I was attended to right away. I started browsing and saw this particular charm on sale and I just had to have it. I love all the merchandise from Pandora and I will be returning to purchase my birthday, mother's day, and anniversary presents for myself. Thank you for this lovely jewelry and for the quality of service at your Pandora store!

Upon arrival, a sales associated greeted us very friendly. Gave us space to shop around and once we were ready she led us to the sales associate behind the counter. The sales associate was very pleasant and patient with me when trying to decide the charms that I preferred. She also was very helpful getting the two charms that were not at the store to be transferred.

The Ladies did not rush me and they weren't standoffish, in other Pandora stores I've been tolerated just for the sale. Even when my sales associate left the floor to find a charm I wanted the other Ladies helped me , made me want to cone back

Vanessa M was friendly and outgoing. Even though I was there to purchase a bracelet for my other daughter, she noticed that my eldest daughter’s bracelet hung too low. She suggested separators. And she asked if she could rearrange the charms so that it was more appealing to the eye! I didn’t even know that you should organize them but it sure did look prettier the way it was arranged. She also cleaned the bracelet for us. I left the store purchasing a bracelet for my middle child and my eldest ended up with something new for hers and a cleaning! Vanessa was friendly and professional!
