Uliana was very friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions and encouraged us to take as much time as we needed to choose our bracelets. The charms she showed us were beautiful and really reflected what we wanted to show others. Uliana also assured us that we were choosing the right sizes and that, with more charms, the bracelet would become a little more flexible.

This was my first time at a Pandora store. My daughter bought me a charm bracelet. I was excited.....I didn't know what I wanted, the associate was so patient with us and tended to my needs...giving us options and recommendations.

The worker Maria was very nice and easy to talk to. She also always had a smile on her face . Lastly I as greeted right by the doors when I walked in.

The sales associates knew there merchandise asked questions of what I was interested in and asked if I owned any merchandise other than what I was purchasing.
