I was very satisfied with my overall visit. Customer service was excellent in providing me with information about my piece of jewelry and exchanged the broken bracelet.

The display of the store was very inviting. Immediately upon entering the store my fiancée and I were greeting and pointed in the right direction for service. The sales associate Laura E. was very knowledgeable about the products and engaged with why I wanted the products in the first place. The sales associate also gave me options on how to save with my purchases.

I like to wear Pandora items. It makes me feel special. I like that all the associates are wearing pandora items.
