In the HIP store, everyone is amazing. Girls are very friendly and always ready to help with either purchase or the returns. My bracelet looks amazing after every visit.

I was Highly satisfied with my experience at pandora. The girl that took care of me was very helpful and patient with me. It was my first time purchasing so had tried on 2-3 bracelets and also had picked out a few charms to see. All in all I am very happy with my new bracelet.

It was Mother's Day and there was a line to get into the store. After waiting in line for about 5 minutes, one of the associates directed me to a sales person who was very nice and was able to find exactly what I wanted. My purchase was then made fairly quickly, considering how busy the store was.

There was a long line outside the store but it kept the store from being overcrowded and the process was very organized.
