Kristina was very knowledgeable about the Jewlery I was interested in. When this location didn’t have the size I needed, Kristina called other locations to check their available sizes & had them move inventory for me. When i came back to pick up the jewelery, the entire staff was friendly & had me in & out of the store in a jiffy.

I had a great conversation with Kristina she was very knowledgeable about the products as well as ways to keep my bracelet clean. I also hope that she gets the chance to catch her first Chicago Bull's game. Great service.

The salesperson was knowledgeable and patient as I discussed the gift purchase I was making with one of my daughters via cellphone. I had looked up about five items online and had the names but not the item numbers written down, the salesperson found the all after looking through multiple trays.

There is always someone greeting you as soon as you walk in. All of the associates are very nice & friendly. They allow you to take your time when you're trying to decide on what to purchase. They are knowledgeable about the items & if they aren't I most of the time know the pricing so its ok. I love going to the Pandora Store!!

I was looking for a charm for my daughter's charm bracelet as a gift for her birthday. The associate was very helpful in finding appropriate charms given the occasion. Otherwise, I would have been looking for a much longer time and may not have found her suggestions.

The representative was vey helpful she greeted and thank me. She also gave me a free wallet I love it and I felt welcomed. All the employees were very nice
