I was shopping for a birthday gift and they had all the charms i was looking for which made me very happy.

Very friendly customer service. I was tended too very quickly and the service associate was very helpful! This was my first time making a Pandora purchase and she made it such a pleasant experience.

Elena, the greeter attended to everyone as they walked in the store. I was offered water. . Jocelynn assisted me, she was awesome, helpful, and friendly!!

The Sales Associate was extremely friendly and knew what she was talking about. She was able to find what I was looking for and helped me with my final decision in regards to which product to get. I highly recommend location in Norridge, IL as everything went well in a timely manner. Overall, great shopping experience.

Someone is there to greet you as soon as you walk in the store making you feel welcomed. The sales associates are always so friendly & helpful.They allow you to take your time to look at everything you like & never get impatient with customers. The sales woman cleaned my bracelet for me & now it's sparkling like new.

The worker was really friendly and she was glad to help with me find the right ring. She also offered to clean my old pandora ring. I also liked how the store had the rings on display and you were able to try them on.
