The wait time

Me gusto los precios que estaban a mi alcance el producto muy bonito y las promociones..

The only reason my experience was not highly satisfied was because upon entering the store, I am stopped and asked what my name is to 'check-in'. I am a private person and do not like the idea of having to give my name just to enter and browse. Once I gave my name, I was told to go straight to a specific associate. I explained that I only wanted to look at what was available and the front door person said I still had to go straight to the employee. When I went to the employee, I explained I didn't need help at the moment and wanted to browse. She allowed me to shop in peace. Once I was ready, I asked her for assistance. The employee along side Julieta, really helped and upsold me products by educating me. But the initial encounter at the front of the store was not inviting and made me want to turn away and leave. I understand it may be for security reasons, but as shoppers, we like to browse at times without encounters.

There was some issue with my pandora card had to call corporate & it still wasn't corrected while I was in the store, so I used my debit card to complete my purchase.

Didn’t like the service this time, I always get great costumer care but not this time

I was satisfied, it just the the variety and style for people who size 10 and is limited. Would like to see more variety when it come to that size.

I went to have jewelry cleaned in which were all gifts. The cleaning wasn’t up to my expectations. Then I decided to purchase and the selection wasn’t great for my birth color which is in March. Finally I have a Scar on my wrist from one of the bracelets being too tight.

The jewelry is ok I just wish the prices were better more affordable.

Most of the charms I wanted were sold out for at least 4 different stores.
