I wasn't highly satisfied since I couldn't get my jewelry clean.

I know it is not fault of the store but, there sale items was very limited due to the holidays. I wanted one bracelet but due to the sale it was out of stock....disappointing!

My visit to Pandora went well. The sales associates were knowledgeable and friendly.

Only problem I had was the lady at the front of the store didn’t tell you at first that you have to sign in, she waited tell it was a few ppl on line then said something instead of saying it as ppl first walk up.

I was disappointed with the fact that this was a gift and the charm was not put in a typical Pandora box. It was in a little cardboard packet. It looked cheap when giving the gift. The typical Pandora quality was not there even though there has been no price change in the charms.
