I liked the fact that there was hand sanitizer on every station. They also had the protective shield as well. Timely courteous service.

Long wait time to get into the store due to COVID-19. The store greeter was not friendly. Lots of merchandise was out of stock.

When I was buying she didn’t want to offer a bag or a box, just because I have my other bracelet on, I had to ask for a bag, and told her to put it in a box, she assumed it was for me, that’s not her job and stop rushing PEOPLE.... also I have always received a plastic bag to secure my items and she said No, I was at the one in Orlando park, Illinois and they always go beyond, especially Barb, hopefully I have her name right

I felt rushed, wasn’t offered a bag, they wasn’t to eager to show more charms due to a line, that’s truly unfair

The sales woman broke my bracelet that I took to get cleaned and just gave me a number to call. Kept asking if it was like that even though she had seen it wasn’t. The manager said to use crazy glue to glue it.
