No estoy muy de acuerdo de la distribución de la mercancía en la tienda y que no tengan muchos artículos y me manden a otra tienda que está muy lejos para mi,lo mejor del sitio que visito para mis compras es una de sus agentes comerciales,Rosita,la mejor vendedora,la que mejor atiende y soluciona casi todas mis dudas,siempre con la mejor de sus sonrisas,voy porque está ella.

Majority of employees was talking among them self and ask if we needed help .

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, big selections of charms

I don’t think there were enough sales persons for the amount of people that were in the store. I don’t like the fact that you can’t have several rings or whatever you’re looking at on the counter, understanding that it’s a security risk, but not everyone wants to steal & personally, I like to have all my options in front of me.

I couldn’t see all the charms available because the counters do not have glass. That would have potentially made me buy more charms.

The associate did not fully understand what I was looking for. I was offered different products instead of something I was looking for, I do believe because they were more expensive... I got what I wanted.

They didn't have the size rings I wanted in the style I wanted.
