I was satisfied but I always feel that the sales associates at Pandora do a "hard sell" for you to buy more merchandise and then are pissy when you don't. It's uncomfortable and is the one thing about shopping at Pandora that bothers me.

I believe that there were not too many friendly faces. The seemed too serious.

The store was supposed to open at 10:00, am I was outside at 10:05 and it was still closed, the staff noticed me but instead of open the door or tell me to wait just ignore me and continue with I think was a meeting so I have to go to walk around the mall until they open.

prices could be a little more affordable. Clearance last chance isn’t really much of a sale with only 30% off. And small store to be in a mall

The selection for charms was very limited

I have a bracelet that was given to me .and because I didn't purchase it in the system it could not be replaced and the clasp was broken

The store was tight and packed. Sales associates where all busy. A.so last chance sales should be offered in store.

I was satisfied, elizabeth took her time to get to know some specific things that i would like to represent using charms. She was patient and if i didnt like a look she gladly changed it.
