The merchandise I wanted to purchase was not available. And this is not the first time this has happened to me. I just wish they had more of their merchandise in stock. I asked if I could place an online order at the store and have them shipped to my house and they said I couldn’t do that. The only way to waive shipping was to have it sent to the store. This is an inconvenience.

Well clasp broke on my bracelet and took it in and sales associate said that they couldn’t replace it so I just bought another one

The sales rep who assisted me did not seem knowledgeable about the return process which added time to my visit, also she did not show me how I can maximize my quantity of charms given the promotion that was currently going on. A good saleswoman will try to help customers get the most for their bucks. She was not thorough and didn’t really “sale” the merchandise to me.
