I was asked for identification when paying with my debit card. I had to put in PIN number for the card so why ask for identification? I felt I was singled out no one else was asked for identification

I was told that the ring I was looking for was only online. But when I went online it said that the ring was available in the store I went to.

THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY SIZE OF RINGS A WAS LOOKING FOR, SO SAD

just a small run in with a visa gift card that I was using. I understand that it is store policy, but was very uncomfortable in that situation.

Pandora does not provide size 44 nor 46 in most of their rings . I was really interested in buying 2 rings & was so upset when I was told I would not be able to find/buy them online for the simple fact Pandora does not make them in those sizes, nor would Pandora resize at an extra charge . So upsetting .

I was extremely happy with how I was treated and helped. My only concern was that, on this day it was my second time wanting to buy a certain charm and they didn’t have it in stock. It wasn’t available on line either. There are several other charms that I would like to buy but again, both online and at the store they are not available. It’s very frustrating wanting to buy some charms and they don’t have them at the store..most places you are able to purchase what you’re looking for online on their website but sadly that’s not the case with Pandora.
