I was looking for a gift that was "tooth/mouth related" for a recent Dental Hygienist graduate but there were no charms like that. The sales people were helpful and showed me graduation themed charms which was helpful and I purchased one of those but I was disappointed to not have found what I had hoped for.

All my needs was not meet they did not have a big selection of rose gold and I ask the associate for a white zip tie bag to keep my jewelry in and she told me to use a zip lock bag I wasn’t please with that answer

Everybody are nice and helpful but nothing out of the ordinary. Place is clean.

It was just ok. The treatment wasn't any different than at other stores. It was just ok..

There was a promotion were if you make a purchase for $150 you get $50 off and if you spent over $350 you get $150 off. She was a good sales representative but if I were her I would’ve reminded the customer to spend more so she can save $150 since I was so close to the $350. And I would’ve ended up actually spending that money and getting more charms.

The sales associate made little effort to locate additional charms and only showed me the ones in front of where she was standing. Didn’t offer to show me the ones in the book. I had to keep asking her to check if there were other charms available.

Experience was good. No issues with picking out my charms. Some charms I looked at were a bit dull and old looking but 80% of the merchandise was nice. The rep who took care of me was awesome and patient.

I feel thst there is always room for improvement no matter excellent we may feel we are. However I was very satisfied with the customer service. Thank you

I did not like the fact the shining elegance rose gold safety chain were scratched, too many finger prints, nor polished. The sales associate was too pushy and wanted me to purchase the safety chain that did not look NEW. After I asked her to polished one of the safety chain that did not look bad she did so. However, she had an attitude about it.

The associate was kinda paying attention to other stuff and not me and my friend. But overall i was satisfied.
