You website it terrible!!! I tried ordering online on my phone and it was almost impossible to select in store pickup. I tried 4 different browsers and it still didn't work!! Called your 800 number and that person was ever more useless

staff was not keeping track of the line and some customers were coming in without being called on. said custermer were then taking care of before me and when i brought this problem up to an associate she just smiled and walked away

For this 1st time at this location did not wow me at all. Everyone looked tired starting from the girl at the check in.

Placed over $300 purchase online and they would not allow me to get boxes. During Holiday 9 gifts and only 3 boxes!!! C’mon custom should leave satisfied! Manager at NORRIDGE store wanted to charge me per box!!

The availability of a products to choose is so poor, not much to choose from.

Probably they have a time limit to serve the customer looks like they were in a hurry and for me that store looks like a market

The merchandise was used, need to return. All scratched up on back side, zirconias very dull.

Would appreciate more engagement from the sales associate.
