I was very much satisfied due to the fact that the sales associate named Jamie was very friendly, very nice and kind. She was showing me a lot of jewelry and some of her favorites, even showed me the new Halloween charms they had received.

Everytime I go to this store at the HiP mall I always come out satisfied with purchase and the way I was treated while there.

The customer service associates came to ask me if I needed any help right away. It was the lead and a trainee. They assisted me in choosing charms for my purchase and were very friendly. We encountered a problem with their payment system but they were calm and knowledgeable about what to do. That took a bit of time but they were entertaining while stalling with the payment system. Took us 3 tries before the system worked. Considering the amount of things I bought they were thoughtful enough to call security to escort me to my car.

This is the second time I go to Pandora and I get Karina, she was absolutely AMAZING! Very friendly and helpful. Thank you
