Pandora Jewelry

I spent over $500 in store and a few customers spending for less had their jewelry cleaned. The associate assisting me did not offer to clean my items. I was really disappointed.

The cleaning of my bracelet and was very subpar

Ni me gusto el trato recibido,me enseñan mercancia que no puedo comprar,y te enseñan las cosas,como si las fueras a robar,te la muestran y enseguida las guardan,sin oportunidad,de tenerlas en el mostrador y volver a probartelas no me gusto esta vez la visita

I bought a bracelet from Pandora and the bracelet had fell off and I lost the bracelet .I had to go back and buy a new bracelet . When I bought the bracelet I was told that it will not fall off and I spent a good $193 dollars. So this is the reason why I am highly not satisfied. But I love the new bracelet I just bought and I pray that it doesn't fall off like the other one . Thank u

It’s mother’s day weekend. It was extremely busy. They weren’t taking cleaning. Nothing really worth buying. Felt rushed. I go to other Pandora’s.

I was not satisfied with this visit since I was asking other sales associates for some items I seen online. They told me that the items online and in the store are not the same and did not offer any further assistance. I was left waiting for Daniela. Daniela was able to help make my shopping experience pleasant here.

They didn't have anyone help or say I'll help you in a little bit. The manager wasn't even doing anything instead of helping me out. I waited more then 20 minutes before someone helped me.

I like 40% promotion!

We were shopping in pandora located in New Park Mall California. The one thing we were not very satisfied was the sales were not noticing us till we asked couple of times for helping out on the merchants.There were two sales in the stores, and two customers at the same time. so when we asked for help, it was not happening immediately.

Salesperson shouldn’t be so judgmental
