The selection that was show, it seems I was limited on what to buy. Item I like not in stock and had to talk to a manager to get problems resolve when sales associate said it was nothing that it can be done

The sales associate was upset when I said I didn't want my order due to the fact that you do not have the original boxes. This to me is one reason that I enjoy your jewelry is the packaging. The manager was kind enough to actually get me a box a real box. however, that wasn't a real box. The presentation is everything not only that so is the storage. The fact that I will assume that no one did a focus group on that is sort of stupid. This is very disappointing. I am sorry that the girl was frustrated, but I have an expectation and it wasn't meet.

Sales girl kept walking away and store was empty, the promo of free bracelet i was told ended fri and then I receive an email this weekend it ends so i was lied to.

I receive rude behavior and bad attitude by Daisy on the Harlem and Irving park location for the second time. I always go to this location and had never experience such attitude by anyone there.

I was not satisfied because the lady who was helping me out was so rude. I explained to her how my previous charm broke and i’m just here to buy another one. So first thing she does without asking me is grabbing the charm that broke and telling me my total right away. i didnt even want it because if it broke once it will break again. So i picked out the one I wanted and she’s like u need clips. I didn’t have enough money to buy 3-5 charms so i said no. She got all mad and barley said anything to me after.

Store associate did not know details of promotion, felt like she just wanted to hurry and get me out if store. Manager must had heard because she immediately stepped in and told associate i was correct on the promotion that was going on and i even showed the email i had received. After that i felt uncomfortable at the store because i felt like all other employees were not happy that manager stepped in and one of their employees were going to get in trouble. I felt so much tension from girl that was helping me and she was very quiet, i kept trying to talk to her and she just kept quiet entire time so i i hurried and made a quick purchase to get out of there.

I love Pandora I just don’t like the store we went to the associated are really rude and they don’t know what they are doing. They ignored us the whole time
