The manager was very rude and disrespectful. I waited over an hour. Manager standing outside of the store was very dismissive when I was asking her a question. She ignored me. I was a paying customer treated unfair but greeted others and put them in front of me until. Her name is Rosemary from the Norridge Store.

The problem was the gift with the purchase of $150 or more I was told that the promotion had finished on Monday and I try explain that as of Wednesday I was still getting email notice of the free gift and she argue that it was not possible that i was still getting email with that promotion as it end on Monday I try showing her but she kept on say it was over and nothing could be done she reached out to a manager who just told me that she was right I went there in hope of getting my free gift I shop there a lot and this has been the first time something like this has happen very disappointed

The sale person needs training,could not fix or move product.she said can’t move chairm .I WANT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.I just go to another.and attitude was not nice I’m surprised

Sales lady didn’t show me alot of charms showed me the trio Beauty and the beast pushed to sell it. Then showed me flowers which I most definitely didn’t ask to see

The overall sales associate who completed our transaction was super sweet! But the others seemed to be very hostile when we came in and seemed irritated at us

Sales associate wasn't very pleasant as she wrapped up my transaction. She basically threw the charms in a small box. 1 of which was a double charm tgt I asked of she could put together so that the receiver will know its 2 parts. That appeared to be an issue. She then wanted to place to 2part charm & the additional charm purchased in 1 box. They were separated so why would she do that, I asked. She said that's how her store does it. Well I've been to tht store multiple times & I've never experienced that. Also, I received items as a gift from Jared, which at the time was an authorized Pandora dealer. 1 of my items broke. When I called customer care they told me since it's been less than a year that I can go to any store & they should be able to assist me with getting it repaired or replaced. That didn't happen. I was given an additional number to call customer again. I don't want to keep getting the run around about a purchase that's still under warranty. I guess I will see what happens when I call today.

There was not a large amount of inventory. No selection of birthday charms or last chance items. I went in store because of a time crunch, but should have just ordered online ahead of time but I prefer to see charms in person before I purchase.

Only customer in store was only greeted by 2 associates working door. 1/2 the cases were empty no one asked what we were looking for lady that helped me was rude and told me what size bracelet I needed after I told me what I wanted. Hers was too small. Poor service. Very sad I am a long time customer
