If a customer comes to your store, the greeter don’t need to ask customer what are you looking for. That not her business to ask that question. You a greeter. She made very angry. She should have said hi welcome to Pandora someone will be with you shortly.

I came in to look for a charm bracelet and there was one that I loved that was on sale but the associate who helped me told me that I couldn't get it because it wouldn't fit me so I asked her if I can at least try it on since it was a size 19 and I'm a size 20 and she just nodded and never let me try it on. I also was on a budget to get just the bracelet for now but she kept pushing for me to get all these charms and when I told her that next time I would buy them, it seemed that she had an attitude or was upset.

The wait, and other that came after me were seen before me. When there wasn’t anyone in the store customers weren’t allowed in the store because others were on a list before them but wasn’t at the store waiting. Force to order items out side while waiting.

Every time we come to purchase at this particular store we are met with attitude ,or have been on ignored. Once the sales person does start to realize we will be making a big purchase then all of the niceties and welcome come out, but not before. Which begs me to wonder why the cold shoulder.

I wanted to look at the other selections of charms that were in the other windows and my sales associate didn’t bother showing me them she only showed me what was in front of her and that selection only so I felt like I didn’t see a bunch of other charms that I wanted to see it was only a few that were in front of us and she didn’t go out of her way to get the ones in the other place

I have a dangly charm that fell off somewhere. This was caused by the opening of link breaking apart. She looked up the purchase and found it but refused to replace it.

Store only allowed for 6 people in the store at once, management allowed for 4 family members - 2 kids and a couple which only the mom seemed to be looking at the items. They took 1.5 hours. Management should of allowed only 2 per group. Waiting that long is acceptable for a line of 7 people.

The wait time was over 40 kinutes. Customers in store should be limited to 20 when long line waiting

Three ladies at the front and no one said anything to me until I said something! Then all three are looking at each other like neither one of them wanted to help me! Racist! Bottom line! This is not over!
