I walked in with my boyfriend to look at some rings. Not only were everyone just looking at us but then another associate stood by the kind lady who was helping us and just kept looking at him it was so uncomfortable for me to have all your employees just staring at him instead of actually helping the customer which was me.

In the past sales associate had help me assemble my bracelet assisted in adding the new charms to my bracelet help me rearrange my charms make suggestions on how to arrange them this time I got no suggestions no assistance they just threw the charms in at the end of the bracelet and that was it. And only after I asked to have them added. They were just going to place them a box and send me on my way. I had to ask to have the clip moved to the outside of the charm so they would not fall off. I was told I could Rearrange at home

They asked if when we need help, just ask them. When we did, they pointed to someone else instead of them. They just kept talking in front of the glass counter.

Had to pay 0.37 cents for an even exchange. Made no sense that they could not adjust it if it’s an EVEN EXCHANGE

Liz was helping me. She completely rushed me and didn’t care that I was trying to find a thoughtful gift. Her personality was AWFUL. She made me feel like a complete bother.

I walk in to the pandora store bought a charm i ask to have bracelets to be clean they're not able to clean it because they say they were too busy thats not a good customer service.

This is the my second visit at this location. And I receive the same costumer service bad attitudes, not been friendly all.

I was to receive a free bracelet with my purchase. The associate give me a store show sample it showed use and small scratches. I noticed it before she packet it in the plastic bag. It was changed when I confronted the associate who was training a new employee. This is not the first time. Pre-sale OMG never again.
