Sales associate seemed unknowledgeable, disinterested and unhelpful. I did not feel welcomed in the store more like a bother. I have heard this from others about this location but decided to give them another try as this location is convenient for me, never again. I'd rather go to a small mom and pop store that carriers Pandora, my future purchases will be made there, sorry.

Although I gave a specific price range for charms, the sales associate did not make an effort to find charms within that range When I was paying, she asked for my phone number and email. I said that I did not want to provide them and she told me that I had to. I asked why and she said they need it Incase they have to contact a customer. For example, if they double charge a customer, then they need a way to let the customer know. HOW MANY TIMES HAS THIS PANDORA DOUBLE CHARGED CUSTOMERS THAT HER EXAMPLE IS THAT SITUATION. I will not be returning.

I tried to make a return the sales rep bluntly lied about the the return policy not professional at all very disappointing

The sales person was very rude and not very helpful. If she doesn’t like her job then she shouldn’t be working there. All she did was look at me with a blank stare in her eyes like I was bothering her! I’ve been to 3 other locations and all 3 locations every time I go in the sales people are the same not very helpful and they act like you are bothering them, which in reality if you don’t have customers you don’t have a job ! Bye

Picked up an order asked for a bag was told I had pay $5 - ok the sales person highly unprofessional-so I don’t want pay for bag-wasn’t asked if I needed anything else or given a smile or acknowledgment of purchase- I preceded to go to a different person that person pointed where to look and walked away from me-WOW AGAIN ok first sales person comes to me tells me if I’m looking to buy- um why else would I still be in store- I say yes I’m interested in these items- can I see it and cost? Tells me cost but doesn’t take it out so I can see closer-Wow- manager comes out and tells me I don’t get a bag with my initial purchase online- um past that line -this is 10 minutes after I’m looking at merchandise-I want buy-yet was treated like a criminal for asking your sales people about your merchandise-and to smile ge happy they have a job-spent another $100 -hope that sakes person doesn’t see any penny of commission or acknowledgment for my sake- she clear,y did not deserve it- and I wished someone kind would have helped me -selecting my items- I had to beg to see each item and treated like a bother to worker

I put my phone number down to wait and they never texted me. The associates seen me waiting and we’re letting people go ahead of me. The sales associate I got when I went in was rude just wanted to rush me out of the store

I went in to return a ring I was told from another associate I could return. The manager, rosemary, was awful to me. She made me feel stupid and she was straight up rude. Even other associates said I was being so nice just for her to be cruel
