We went to this location because we were looking for a Victoria’s Secret not knowing that there wasn’t one. We decided to go into Pandora since I needed to get a charm fixed anyways. We were greeted right away and given to Lindsay A to help. Right when we got where she was already not friendly. her hello was not friendly, she was speaking to us like we were deaf and that we couldn’t understand English. My boyfriend which is the sweetest guy even said well she’s rude. And I asked her if she was having a bad day and she looked at me and said no but it clearly she was. Then when she brought out my bracelet she gave a charm that was already put on there and that one the clasp was uneven and I showed it to her and she kind of was irritated already. So she turned around and grabbed another one and then she said “is this one better”. so I finally looked at it and said this is fine and then we left the store. I mentioned to the girl that said hello to us that she was very rude. I like Pandora but she needs to realize where her business is coming from.

I usually buy in person but this time around I paid through Klarna. I had to return a duplicate I order by mistake. The associate was friendly but she didn't know how to complete the transaction so the manager was called. This manager wasn't friendly or helpful. It was my first time using Klarna and a return for pandora. I feel that if this is an option sales associates and specially managers should be able to help with this types of situations. I felt very uncomfortable with the whole situation and I am much rather travel all the way downtown to purchase Pandora than at the HIP mall. I am a very friendly and respectful client to Pandora and the way this manager acted made me feel like I can't go back. Please train your employees to deal with Klarna if this is an option available for payment. It is unlikely I am going to use this again but for future reference.

I cant believe criminals work at the oak brook store I was going to get charge $11 dollars in tax for a $20 purchase. The hip mall store took care of this problem but I did spend over $800 dollars in jewelry and I had 2 exchanges. Unfortunately I was accused of using an item, that I didn't, now I realized some items are of bad quality. And the clips they sold me are defective because it doesn't click when I closed it, because the assistant does the work putting the items in the bracelet so I didn't noticed till I got home,I will probably not shop there anymore more ever again! At least if you are going to sell something expensive sell aquality!

I purchased a bangle bracelet in August 2019. Due to the pandemic, I did not wear my bracelet until about a month ago: I received charms for my bracelet for my birthday in March, and wanted to put them on my bracelet, but couldn’t open it. I went to the store for assistance, & they couldn’t open it either. Since they only offer a one year warranty, they said they couldn’t give me a replacement & suggested I call corporate. I didn’t even wear my bracelet in over a year & feel it is so unfair to not have replaced it! Even governmental agencies were giving extensions during the pandemic!! I don’t feel confident buying any more Pandora products and will need to return the charms I received for my birthday. Is there a way I could either get my bracelet fixed so that I can add more charms or have it replaced all together?? Thank-you!

I went to the Pandora in Norridge trying to go up one size in a ring, not only did they not have what I was looking for but the sales associate was completely unprofessional, unaware of the products she was recommending, and overall just plain rude. I was extremely disappointed because at Oakbrook they give exceptional service where the associates actually cater to ones needs. Here it took the associate years to find me a simple ring.

Joanna from the location in Norridge Hip Mall was extremely rude right off the bat. She did not have any patience. Her attitude was sour from the beginning for absolutely no reason. I never write reviews or make surveys and I am honestly a very friendly and tolerant person but she made the experience so horrible. Her face and demeanor was irritated and trying to get us to leave even though I had many questions and wanted to look at the charms. This was my first time buying charms! Pandora is a place that you're supposed to feel happy and feel good because these are "feel good" items. She was like "do you want it or not"? Horrible woman and should not even have the privilege to work at Pandora.

From the minute I walked into the store I felt rushed through out the entire transaction! I felt the sales Rep. Joanna D. Was hesitant in showing me any of the charms. I felt that she made no effort to upsale or show me additional stoppers. She was literally rushing me. I spent 20 mins with her and spent over $200 dollars. I definitely had the intent to purchase more items for the bracelet I received as a gift from my nephew. I became a bit uncomfortable with her, this was my first visit too. Not a good experience. :(
