The sales person was in a bad mood and I ask for a different ring size then she answered in a bad tone saying "but you said this is your size" a bit mad.

First, we walked in and none of the ladies were ready for us. They were literally kicking us off to the next person and made us feel unwelcome. One of the girls directed us to a sales associate who did not want to help us and that associate directed us to Sabrina A. Who was not welcoming, polite, enthusiastic, friendly, or approachable. She did not ask what the occasion was, she was rushing us in an impolite manner, and she had a very bad attitude. I have shopped at pandora many times, this is the first time I have ever felt so Unwelcome in this store. Extremely Dissatisfied.

I expected an easy return on the 2 inexpensive items I brought back since they were in their original packaging and I had the shipping copy for my online with all the pertinent information. When they couldn't find the original transaction on their i-pad using my email, my husband's or his cell # I was told by the person I believe to be the manager (Zorina?) that I could only do an exchange and that she always tells people to purchase at the store instead of the internet for that reason. She wanted me to use the return label instead. I fail to see how, especially during a pandemic, it makes more sense to stand in line in a mall instead of ordering online. She completely talked over me, never smiled or offered any explanation as to why I couldn't get a refund at the store - only that it wasn't possible since she couldn't call up the order. Is this really your policy? Really not customer-friendly! I finally asked if I couldn't just have an in-store credit -why was this never offered to me as an option? I will use the credit at a different Pandora location even though this one is by far the closest location for me.

During my visit I felt rushed & pressured picking out my ring. The lady at the front was a bit rude trying to get our information as fast as she could. The store was not busy at all and whenever I would pick out a ring I liked, The person who help us out which was named Jessica would tell us that she didn’t like our option. I get it she was telling us her personal opinion, but everything we would pick she would tell us if she liked it or not. Making me pick one of the rings she liked. She would try to sell us the most expensive ring. I just wanted something cute and affordable and there wasn’t many rings to choose from.

I went to pandora today to purchase a charm and a safely chain for one of my bracelets. When I made it home I realize that the sale associated sold me the wrong safely chain. Mind you I had the bracelet with me and show it the sale associated. The sale associated told I would have to take all the charms off the put the safely chain on so I did when I made it home. Disappointed!!! Now I have to go back to the store... The sale associated did tell me about the survey I just happen to see it when I looked at the receipt.

I believe I was racially profile due me having a drink in my hand and couldn't enter store. Later two Caucasian women entered with their drinks, not a word said. I shopped at the pop-up while waiting to enter the pandora store. My problem was at the store not the pop-up. I love pandora, but I will not be returning to that under any circumstances.

Hello I came into the store this morning to exchange my 8 yrs daughter's charm. I purchased the bracelet and charms on July 28th 2020. Well my Sales Associate Caroline took great care of me I love her customer service she is The Best!!!! But the Manager that is and was on duty this morning. She need some people's skills. She look at my charms and said " Well I will exchange it this time because it looks like it was snagged on something!!!! And I won't be able to exchange it again!!! Oh really!!!If I'm not mistaken I have 1 year Warranty... And when i left the store she acknowledged every other customer but me...I wonder is it because I am Black!!!

After spending 500 bucks in the last month I wanted to return a item Georgia her assistant manager called the police on me an acted like I stole something my friend video it all I will never shop at pandora again after that embarrassing experience I had with Georgia and her staff after 6 years of having my bracelet I’m giving it away I’m done giving y’all my money if u gonna call the police cause I want to do a return bad bad customer service by a manger an her staff the assistant manager treated me bad also just because they didn’t want to loose their commission remind u they have a 30 day return policy it’s only been a week!!!rhey accuse me of wearing the charms Georgia and her staff is bad business don’t buy anything from the Hip mall Pandora they call the police if u want to return

The Sales person JENNIFER was extremely rude and had an attitude with me the whole time , there was another sales worker named Nicole B who was SUPER HELPFUL had KNOWLEDGE and provided great service , Jennifer had no freaking clue what she was doing or what I was asking her for!! when I told the manager at the end after I paid that Jennifer had an attitude with me, Jennifer got more aggravated and the MANAGER calmed her down by telling her " its okay hon" instead of trying to calm me down!! if anything Nicole deserves to be a manager at this store!! I can not believe the type of behavior I received from Jennifer and the manager, this is inexcusable for a Pandora store to allow such terrible service to be performed by their employees! To add to my experience, Jennifer had NO name tag , when I asked her at what is her name she asked " why do you need my name" I told her I was going to do a survey on her and SHE WROTE DOWN ON A STICKY NOTE " DOING A SURVEY ON ME" with MYYYYYY personal information on there indulging phone, email and Home address. How am I suppose to feel seeing this???????? check out the cameras and see it for yourself!!!!!! I AM DISGUSTED!!!!!

I had to hear the managers personal opinion about Covid-19 of which I do not agree. I was asked to let someone BEHIND me in line, who enter the line after it was closed, to be served before me, due to store capacity restrictions. I had to wear a mask in the store and couldnt breath. I love the jewelry but its not worth shopping there.
