Horrible customer service from sales associate and manger, didn’t trying resolve nothing gave me a ring from the tray which has never happen didn’t have a size of my ring of neither.Also I had left pandora went back because I felt that it didn’t fit me and sales associate Amber K(185700> was talking about me as I walked in. Pandora Lost customer due to sales associate.

The associate that was helping me Danuta was very rude, this was my first time at Pandora as my sister recommended me and will not be returning. I was given an eye roll amd attitude when requesting charms under 30 dollars for a gift for my sister. She kept showing me high price ones like above $50. I don’t understand why I was forced and only shown the charms the associate wanted to show instead of what I was looking for. I can clearly see online that there is PLENTYYYYYYYY of options for what I was looking for. I will not be returning to this store, I can purchase online at least this way I am not “tricked” and only given what the associate wanted to sell instead of what I needed for my budget!

As soon as you walk in , you'd being judge. They don't like to help they only want to make sales.Face expression means a lot. Just because you don't have money in your hands, doesn't mean your not making a purchase. It didn't happen to me in 1 store it happen in 2. Very rude associates. In Old Orchard in Skokie and Harlem (The HIP) mall.

Associate try to sell me a charm that I pointed out was not the one selected, overpriced me for one did not offer the sale price for the primrose and charged full price , I asked to check price on Mickey bracelet was charging full price as well when it was on the sale ... she wasn’t very helpful and I asked any other bracelets available she said no and then another associate came and helped me with brackets they did have in stock to my surprise just not a great service provided ..I really hate that I will have to go back wait close to 2 hours to be seen to get the price right for the product purchased paid 25 when sale was 13.75 ..... I really love the products and have bought a lot of Items I tend to go at least twice to three times a month for purchase disappointed

Service very bad big problems with items cheating customers to tell them they don't have anymore promotion available then when you push them finally find the item

The line was so long it lead outside of the store. Kristina k. Was so rude. She did not know much about the merchandise. She was not helpful at all. Kept rushing me to pick a charm. As I was trying to take my time and choose the perfect one for my wife.
