Greeted upon entry. Julieta was awesome. She asked us questions to find out what we wanted and made recommendations. She showed us different styles/options. She was super friendly and welcoming. I returned to this location after she assisted my mother, who also had a great shopping experience with her help.

I had the pleasure of working with Jari on an exchange. I purchased a classic chain online in silver but wanted to exchange for the rose-gold chain. Jari was kind and informative and her supervisor at the time was also kind and informative (I forgot her name but it was between 10am - 12pm on Thursday July 14, 2022). I received very good customer service and they were able to pick out the rose-gold chain and pay the difference right there in-store. Great experience.
