I am highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora because the person who helped me had such amazing customer service. I love how nice she was and patient as well. She genuinely took time to make me feel satisfied.

When coming in, I was immediately welcomed with a smile. Once I approached the sales associate, she was super friendly and knowledgeable about the charms I was looking for.

First, when I walked in one of the ladies working greeted us with a big and smile and was super polite. Next, we had someone help us only a few minutes after we walked in. Lastly, the sales lady taking care of me was polite and gave her opinion on the ring I bought in connection to the other one I had on from a previous visit.

Sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. Also, I was in and out in no time.

The worker was very nice and showed us everything we wanted to see. When we asked questions, she answered them kindly. There was no line, we didn't wait anytime. Very fast and easy!

kKarina at the HIP pandora location was the person who made my purchase exciting. Probably, other associates looked at us crazy because we were loud and laughing, but her customer service was everything!! Karina definitely made an impression and would love to work with her with my future purchases.
