Alexis helped me outside the Pandora store at a booth they had set up at the Harlem Irving Plaza. She was super super friendly and knowlegable. You can tell she really cares about her job and the brand. I normally don't do reviews at all, but exceptional customer service definitely deserves to be recognized!

Great customer service the assistant knows what she was doing and very knowledgeable about products and use of items very satisfactory.

I was very pleased with the speed of service since I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and didn't need to browse. I also got a bit more information about text ordering so I could utilize that in the future to skip the line too.

Staff was friendly. Selections were a great. I also enjoy the fact that they do offer discounts for healthcare employees

I was greeted at the door by a kind associate, not long after I was assigned to a very nice and kind and positive sales person. I was helped by Jocelyn to purchase gifts for my three sisters and my mother. She helped me pick out four different charm bracelets. I am a picky buyer, even though she was very patient and helped me throughout the whole process. I ended up going home with 4 bracelets for my family and after giving them the gifts they absolutely loved them. Thanks Jocelyn I will be visiting again soon!
