I came in because my bracelet broke and because I had gotten it earlier this year they were able to replace it. They even offered me a smaller size as the one I had was a bit big. We were also shown the new charms which I did purchase.

I was Highly satisfied with my visit I didn’t know how to fit a bracelet she did it for me and showed me charms and what looks good on it she was Great!!!

I went to buy my sister in law a beautiful bracelet along with a charm for her birthday. The staff was so nice and very helpful to be able to help select the right Birthday gift. I must say I walked out with two bracelets with charms and was super happy. Thank you, Pandora & Staff

Amber provided exceptional service during my visit to Pandora at the HIP Mall. She was engaging, attentive, and knowledgeable.
