I visit the HIP Mall Pandora location often and have never had an issue. During my most recent trip, my sales associate was Jamie G. She is very friendly, witty, funny— a master saleswoman. I bought a 2nd snake chain bracelet to create a necklace. Jamie took a lot of time arranging my charms resulting in a beautiful, unique piece. There was also a woman with blonde hair and braces who was the perfect hype-woman for Jamie and myself, haha <3
