Let's start with the fact that I called first, just to get an idea of the wait time. I was placed in the virtual line, where there was only person ahead of me. I arrived at the HIP location, gave the associate my name, waited all of 60 seconds and another associate escorted inside the store. Michelle was there waiting to assist me, to which she did a wonderful job. The only issue I had was the selection of alphabet letters. There are 26 letters in the alphabet, but the selection was very poor. I needed a "W" and there wasn't any. There's also no selection for a "W" on the website. I figured I'd be at least order from the site. Nonetheless, Michelle informed me that they could alert me when new shipments arrive. I have a few more things to purchase as well.

Sabrina was an EXCELLENT associate. She was patient as I looked at several charms and options for my bracelet. She was understanding and gave me the freedom to decide while showing me all the options.

My mom was undecided on the earrings she wanted and the salesperson helped her decide by letting her know what earrings looked better for the specific occasion she was going to wear the earrings for. The salesperson also had on jewelry that my mom liked and asked her a lot of questions about the pieces, which the salesperson was very knowledgeable on. It was a great experience and the salesperson made us feel really comfortable.
