Went to a different location prior to coming to this one and they were able to hold the item for me until I got there because the previous location did not have the item in stock. Associate was very knowledgeable about the merchandise I was looking for. Also she gave me recommendations on how to arrange my charms.

I didn’t know what I wanted but the young lady that assisted me was very helpful. She told me about a promotion that was going on at the time, And she even convinced me to get more than what I planned on getting because she was so nice. Customer service skills were knocked out the park. 🥰

I was very nervous because my bracelet was changing colors and because my boyfriends bought it for me I didn't get any details on how to clean it, what the warranty was and where to keep it so Nicole B did a great job on informing me on the best practices with my bracelet
