My sales person, Jacqueline, was a very polite, helpful, and informative in selling me my lovely ring and bracelet. I was very impressed with her and must say she is an asset to Pandora.

The sales rep that helped me (Jamie), was the nicest person I’ve ever dealt with in retail! She was very caring and you could tell she cares a lot about customers and isn’t “all” about making a sale. She makes you feel comfortable while browsing or completing a purchase.

I particularly like shopping with the managers at the store. Regardless of which manager working I genuinely love this location. Asen is always on top of his game and can always tend to my needs. He is lovely and professional and I can’t wait to shop again with him. I think he’s the only one I purchase the most with. Don’t leave me!

Came in to check the Disney 100 anniversary bracelet and charm. I was greeted by an associate that explained why it's so expensive and then asked me if there was anything else I was interested in. I said yes, we discussed clips for a bracelet, she showed me the silicon filler in the clip, so I purchased 2 and got the third free!

The sales associate was super nice and made sure that I got all the charms that I wanted to get. The person was super nice and complimented me on other charms she saw on my bracelet.
