Went in and right away was taken care of by Erika at the Pandora at the HIP Mall. She was excellent and helpful!

I am highly satisfied with this store. The customer service was on point, Erica helped me with choosing a gift. She was very nice and sweet to me, it is very likely for me to return there and get something for myself.

The Associates were nice, friendy and assisted me as soon as I walked in the door. They made my return process very easy and painless.

I was highly satisfied with my experience with pandora because they manage to get me in right before closing. They had mostly what I was going to get. They didn’t have a charm so they were nice enough to take my information down to let me know when it is there to pick it up.
