So I was at a different pandora store and experienced unfriendly customer service. But coming to this location at Harlem Hip Mall each time has always been a pleasant and wonderful experience. I enjoy my interactions with the associates such as Adrianna G. Meanwhile I love that the manager Georgia at this location cares about her customers and wants us to always leave satisfied. I will definitely continue to shop with her and this location. There is one other location that I like going to as well.

Employees were helpful and courteous. Employee’s listened to my wants and needs and were able to provide a solution for them. When I returned an hour later after changing my mind about my purchase the store employees graciously offered help to resolve my ambivalence and allowed me to exchange items without questions or judgement.

The sales representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
